Job Description
The Tampa Bay Rowdies are looking for a talented and motivated individuals to assist our operations department during the season.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Game Presentation Standards for Rowdies Home Matches
- Assist Front Office Staff in Matchday Setup/Operations
- Manage all pregame activities and activations
- Assist Facility Assistant for upkeep of Al Lang Stadium
- Assist with planning and execution of Al Lang Stadium Events
- Work closely with 3rd Party Partners (SP+, Levy, Performance Clean) on Game Days
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Availability to work all Tampa Bay Rowdies home games and up to 20 hours on game weeks
- Ability to lift and move up to at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to work through extreme temperatures, dust, and rainy conditions.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holiday hours required
Expectations:
- Ability to uphold and meet the standards of the Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies Organization
