Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective time management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of commercial loan documents preferable

Responsibilities:

• Preparing loan documentation to satisfy note requests
• Reviewing loan documents for appropriate information
• Reviewing loan documentation for accuracy
• Conducting UCC searches and filings
• Conducting commercial flood searches
• Ordering Certificates of Good Standing
