Job Description

Summary:

To handle all operation processes when purchasing for BU USA.

Department: Purchasing

Board: Financial, Purchasing, and IT

Reports to: Purchasing Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To create purchasing orders when requested;
  • To develop and update contracts in the SAP system
  • Follow up on the indirect orders for all BU USA (Oracle and SAP).
  • When requested, check with the buyers to adjust purchasing orders if the adjustment is correct.
  • Provide Info Records
  • Update data in SAP (Contract, Info record, Source List, Lead time, purchasing group)
  • Set up and update Vendor`s information in the system
  • Close orders in SAP when requested

Requirements:

  • General administrative tasks minimum experience required
  • English fluent
  • Spanish desirable
