Finance Leader in Fort Wayne, Indiana at Parkview Health

Summary: Responsible for evaluating operating results, identifying opportunities, engaging physician and operational leaders by developing action plans, and successfully implementing strategies. Goal of the position is to lead financial performance improvement of the assigned areas of service. Success in role will be based on: 1) Understanding the financial results and all financial aspects of hospital operations. 2) Interpreting the results and communicating them to leadership. 3) Identifying improvement opportunities and developing solutions to them. 4) Taking a lead role in implementation of solutions identified.

Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, required; MBA preferred.

Licensure/Certification: CPA preferred.

Experience: 5+ years in related position.
