In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home and provide exceptional customer service to the community's existing residents. if you have at least two years in customer service and you love meeting new people, have a great personality, then we want to talk to you!

The Leasing Agent is to effectively follow the leasing and marketing program within the management company’s guidelines and operating objectives, and has the responsibility to perform the functions and tasks set forth below:

• Screen all incoming residents by qualification standards with strong telephone skills
• Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
• Contribute new ideas, solutions, and participate in brainstorming with staff
• Conduct off-site marketing and assist in preparing marketing plans
• Assist with resident programs and retention

The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:

• High School diploma/GED required
• Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent
• Have working knowledge of property management software, Onesite
