HVAC Technician II in Richmond, Virginia at KRS Holdings Inc

KRS Holdings, a fast-paced and growing residential property management company, is seeking a well-rounded, HVAC-certified maintenance technician to join our Hampton VA team. Our ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining residential equipment. They should also have a proven track record of taking care of customers’ needs, excellent verbal skills, and the personal drive to be successful and make a difference in others' lives.

Job Details:

• Duties include:
  • Perform installations, repairs, maintenance, and various HVAC systems, including but not limited to furnace, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnosing issues with HVAC systems and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the work performed and making any recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
  • Appliance diagnostics and repairs
  • Plumbing
  • Light electrical
  • Light carpentry
  • Always adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of HVAC repair/installation experience
  • EPA certification required, and boiler experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen
  • Your own tools
  • You must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to qualify for use of one of our company trucks

Regular hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. with on-call rotations for emergencies
