About This Position
Gray West Construction is currently seeking a experienced Controller for a 3-5 month duration.
Requirements would be 5+ years of GL level accounting experience using Sage Intacct.
Oversee accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining smooth operations. This includes syncing and importing data from vendor billing and credit card platforms.
Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely and complete invoicing while maintaining compliance with financial requirements.
Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, proper record-keeping, and compliance with regulatory deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelors preferred
4+ years of construction accounting experience required
Commutable to our office - Santa Ana

Sage Intacct experience
