TITLE: Teller

LOCATION: Mostly based out of one of our Fort Atkinson Branches, candidates must have flexibility to float amongst several of our locations (may be subject to mileage reimbursement).

JOB SUMMARY: As a Teller, you will have the opportunity to create a difference in the lives of our customers every single day, keeping our mission in mind that we are Here. For. You. Always. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, check cashing, etc.
• Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
• Identify and help prevent fraudulent activity to help protect our customers
• Provide guidance on product offerings so customers can make informed financial decisions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• One year of previous customer service experience
• One year of previous cash handling experience

• Maintain composure and professionalism at all times
• Customer focused attitude
• Possess strong interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion of sensitive information
