Company Summary: We are a rapidly growing, fully remote Intelligent Document Processing company that drives unmatched efficiency in the medical equipment, healthcare, and financial services industries. While we currently focus primarily on the DME industry, we are exploring and developing additional applications of our solutions to broader problems within healthcare, finance, and beyond.

Position Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Principal Account Executive with a proven track record of hunting, closing, and consistently exceeding quota targets. In this role reporting directly to the CEO, you'll bring our value proposition to life through consultative sales to C-suite executives at mid-market and enterprise organizations. As a strategic hunter, you'll own the full sales cycle while developing tailored intelligent document processing solutions that address critical pain points in healthcare RCM operations.

Your success in articulating our unique value proposition, navigating complex decision-making processes, and building enduring relationships with key stakeholders will be instrumental in establishing us as the premier AI-powered RCM solution in healthcare. This role offers the rare opportunity to drive significant impact at a high-growth Series B company.

Job Duties:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Win new business and drive revenue by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Find and engage with the right decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise healthcare organizations, educate them on our intelligent document processing solutions, and help them succeed with our platform.

  • Consultative Solution Selling: Leverage a deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory challenges to position our solutions as critical to customers' success. Articulate our unique value proposition to C-suite executives and key stakeholders, connecting our technology capabilities to tangible business outcomes in healthcare RCM and DME processing.

  • Account Expansion: Partner with the Client Success team to drive growth within existing customer accounts by identifying opportunities to upsell additional features and cross-sell complementary solutions. Develop trusted relationships that position you to expand our footprint across the customer’s organization and maximize lifetime value.

  • Strategic Account Development: Design and execute account-specific strategies to navigate complex decision-making processes. Build consensus across various departments, address technical requirements, and craft tailored solutions that address critical pain points in document processing workflows.

  • Customer Champion: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, gathering feedback that informs product roadmaps and enhances our value proposition. Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to deployment, setting the foundation for long-term partnerships.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of B2B emerging technology sales experience with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding significant enterprise quotas

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles in early-stage environments, showing creativity and ownership in securing strategic deals

  • Strong technical acumen with ability to understand AI solutions and leverage technology tools to enhance sales effectiveness

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across all stakeholder levels, from practitioners to C-suite executives

  • Strategic, analytical approach combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities

  • Proficiency in structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, BANT, Challenger, etc.) with demonstrated ability to apply framework-driven qualification, discovery, and deal progression to create predictable revenue pipelines

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management processes and regulatory landscape

  • Experience selling technology solutions in healthcare or other regulated industries

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Compensation:

This role offers a competitive base salary of $165,000 - 185,000k plus a commission structure with on-target earnings (OTE) of $275,000 USD. The compensation package includes over-performance accelerators and team performance bonuses, providing significant upside potential for high achievers.
