Pay Range: $20 – $28/hr (RBTs) | $22 – $28/hr (Student Analysts)
Flexible Schedules: Full-Time (30+ hrs/week) or Part-Time (15+ hrs/week)

Enrolled in a Master’s or ABA coursework?
Join our Student Analyst Program with:

We’re Looking for RBTs Who:
- Are passionate about ABA and enjoy working with children
- Create a fun, engaging learning environment
- Take high-quality data using technology
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and caregivers
- Uphold BACB ethical guidelines
- Active RBT Certification from the BACB
- HS diploma and 1+ year of experience in ABA or related field
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone and computer access
- Able to travel between client locations
- Clean criminal background & driving record
- Medicaid ID (optional but a plus)
- Bilingual is a plus!
