Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Open, close store.
• Hire, train other employees
• Make and Restock Ice cream, Cakes, Cupcakes, Cookie Sandwiches,waffles etc
• Keep the store ready for corporate, health department inspection
• Offering top notch customer service in a FUN and FAST PACED Quick Serve Restaurant (QSR) environment
• Ordering/Receiving product and supplies
• Maintaining adequate levels of prepared product
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Maintaining a clean, organized store

• At least 1 year food service leadership experience
• Cake Decorating experience is must
• Experience in motivating co-workers
• A willingness to learn all aspects of Quick Service Restaurant Management
• Computer, POS and cash handling experience (especially some knowledge of Word and Excel)
• The ability to work up to 8 hours a day on their feet, lift up to 50lbs
• Customer Communication is a key requirement.
