Job Description
Objective:
To ensure the Buffalo Quality Management System conforms to ISO/TS 16949. Provide immediate support to Quality Department to ensure compliance to training needs, SOPs, processes and company directives are adhered in order to support the operations and quality requirement for business operations.
Minimum Requirements:
• AS Degree in a technical discipline or business related field; Engineering preferred. BS Degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in an ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, or industry equivalent Quality Management System.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills; able to use Windows Office Suite programs and web-based systems.
• Preference given to applicants with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 or TS16949 3rd Party Internal Auditor Training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform the duties of the QMS Management Representative.
• Maintain and control of PDI's Quality Management System.
• Responsible for External Quality Certifications and audits, internal audit schedule and process, and management
review meetings.
• Responsible for any ECN's that effect PDI's QMS manual, supporting work instructions or forms.
• Maintain the Controlled Document System.
• Manage PPAP administration and generate PPAP documentation and customer PPAP packages.
• Responsible for Inspection Database AQL, Quality Alerts, Work Order Completion.
• Communicating with the customer in regards to APQP, Corrective Action, Product/Process Improvement.
• Generating SPC charts.
• Participate in PDI's continuous improvement process.
• Work with Quality Engineers to collect data and provide responses to supplier and customer concerns.
• Coordinate and process nonconforming material as directed by Quality Engineers or Management.
