We are currently searching for one full time Multi Site Community Director to join our team in the Lehigh Valley. This position will oversee management of multiple conventional and affordable apartment communities in the area. Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities.
• Plan and execute property improvement projects.
• Monitor financial performance and prepare reports.
• Develop and manage property budgets.
• Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are upheld.
• Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
• Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Travel between sites is required.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the multi-family housing industry. Affordable experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable and insured transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
