Position Summary |
The Maintenance Supervisor assists the Asset Manager with the day-to-day maintenance operations of one or more of SNRHA’s conventional Public Housing developments. The Maintenance Supervisor is a working supervisor responsible for the overall physical aspect of the property they are assigned. The incumbent is responsible for training, assigning, and supervising all maintenance staff assigned to the property, monitors and performing preventative maintenance projects for all housing units, multi-family complexes, and commercial facilities, manages and responding to resident maintenance issues and repairs and processes weekly and monthly reports all while meeting and maintaining agency standards, department occupancy, and financial goals. |
