As an RN in Labor & Delivery, you will work closely with obstetricians, midwives, and a multidisciplinary team to assist in delivering a high standard of care to mothers and newborns during the critical phases of labor and postpartum.Proficient in fetal monitoring technologies and neonatal resuscitation techniques.Strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Deep empathy and patience, with a commitment to providing patient-focused care.
