CPLC Parenting Arizona and CPLC Parenting Nevada provide family support services statewide through prevention,
intervention and treatment programs. These services promote strong families by empowering parents to
thrive, thereby creating communities where parents have the skills to raise healthy and successful children.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As a Family Resource Center (FRC) Liaison, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Arizona’s children and families through two key programs: The Community-Based Program at the Guadalupe Family Resource Center — offering classes and support to parents, caregivers, and teens. You’ll help with outreach and recruitment to connect families with Parenting Arizona’s resources. The Sensory Screening Program in North and South Phoenix — providing hearing and vision screenings to children ages 1–5, identifying sensory-related delays, and ensuring proper referrals and follow-ups. You’ll be part of a passionate team helping parents build strong, nurturing environments where children can reach their fullest potential. You have a talent for building trust, communicating clearly, and finding creative solutions to challenges. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES Education/Background-
Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Child Development, Family Studies, Social Work, or related area of study preferred OR
- Associate’s Degree and 2 years of related experience OR
- High School Diploma or GED and four years of related experience
- Candidates who do not meet Bachelor’s Degree criteria are subject to the approval of the funder and must agree to a professional development plan upon hire
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Including, but not limited to, managing multiple simultaneous events/groups/participants, event planning, and any requirement that meet the needs of the program/funder
