Bartender – New Concept | Established Restaurant Group

We’re looking for a skilled and charismatic bartender to join the opening team of an exciting new concept from a proven and growing restaurant group.

The ideal candidate is:

• Energetic, personable, and guest-focused with a passion for hospitality.
• Experienced in craft cocktails, classic techniques, and high-volume service.
• A team player who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

• Create and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and beverages.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Provide warm, attentive, and memorable service to all guests.
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol and health regulations.

Collaborate with the management team on menu development and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology.
• Must be punctual, professional, and detail-oriented.
• TIPS or equivalent alcohol certification preferred.
