Your Role:

This isn’t cold calling or high-pressure selling. You’ll be working directly with individuals who’ve already asked for information. Your job is to serve as a trusted guide, helping them navigate their options and make confident decisions for their families.

Your responsibilities include:

• Connecting with members by phone or video to schedule personalized consultations

• Hosting online meetings to assess needs and explain available coverage options

• Helping clients complete enrollment documents and finalize benefit selections

• Ensuring every client has a smooth, professional experience from start to finish

• Participating in skill-building workshops and mentorship programs

• Self-motivated and reliable in a remote work setting

• Background in sales, customer service, or consulting is a bonus — but not required

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada
