About This Position
Beacon Health System is hiring a Full-time day shift Physical Therapist position for our Rehab Services Department at Beacon Health System.
Type: Full-Time/FTE 1.0 (40 hrs/wk)
Shift: Days
Shift Details: Monday -Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Utilize advanced technologies and therapeutic modalities to enhance recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
