Maintenance Supervisor at Greenwood Star Property Management, LLC – Atlanta, Georgia

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of our communities. This position is responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating repair and maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role involves preventative maintenance planning, budget and resource management, and communicating with other departments to address maintenance needs effectively. Your will aim to create a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for all residents and visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and equipment operation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in HVAC or electrical systems.
• CPO Certification.
• Experience with Yardi Maintenance Mobile.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations.
• Conduct all duties required of a Maintenance Technician.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize and address maintenance requests in a timely manner.
