• Ability to multi-task and coordinate activities in pressing situations

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A respectable knowledge of food handling and environmental sanitation standards
• At least 3 years of work experience as a prep cook in any good and reputable restaurant.
• Be able to list 50 lbs and push 100 lbs

Duties, tasks, and responsibilities:

• Ensure ingredients are properly kept at appropriate temperature
• Ensure availability and quality of ingredients at all times
• Clean work equipment, dishes, utensils, and work areas
• Prepare food stuff according to instructions from customer and supervisor order
• Package prepared foods to fit customer's need
• Prepare for cooking process by cutting, washing, peeling, and cutting required foods
• Report damaged equipment and low supplies to supervisors ? Prepare dishes for plating
• Wash all plates, containers and utensils used. Maintain all work area cleaned at all times
