Food Court Worker

We are looking for outgoing, energetic and organized individuals that love food and work well in a fast-paced operation. We strive for a clean and healthy working environment. The food court consists of a sandwich shop and a hot and ready warmer that has fast meals and snacks such as pizzas, burgers, breadsticks, burritos, etc.

Job duties include:

• Making and creating sandwiches, pizzas and other hot and ready foods for the warmer.
• Slicing meat, cutting vegetables, and preparing sauces and other blends for things such as burrito mix.
• Cooking the food, wrapping, labeling and displaying neatly in the warmer.
• Providing an excellent customer service experience and addressing customer questions/concerns and or complaints.
• Freezer pulls for the following shifts, dishes and keeping the kitchen clean and sanitary. Daily and weekly cleaning duties included.
• Proper food storage procedures and the use of food storage safety guidelines with regard to FIFO and dating of all food products received by vendors.
• Checking in deliveries and keeping track of product on hand is also important.
• Exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment are essential as are general computer/tablet skills
• Expected to know store product, promotional items and menu

Requirements:

• Ability to follow store safety/security compliance.
• Must pass ServSafe certification class.
• Must pass a background check (no burglary or theft).
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in a walk-in freezer for up to 10 minutes.
• Must be willing to work weekends and evening shifts.
