As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that all customer needs are met promptly and efficiently. You will be the face of our establishment, creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive relationships with patrons. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Ultimately, your goal is to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments.
