What are We Looking For?
As Customer Service Representative for Kaptyn, you will serve a critical role as a primary point of contact for our customers wishing to book our services. As one of the first points of contact, your interaction sets the tone for our customer experience.
What we need you to do:
· Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
· Responding promptly to customer inquiries
· Communicate with customers over the telephone and via email as required
· Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
· Processing orders and requests
· Ensure that proper records are maintained by noting customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
· Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
· Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
· Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:What you need to have:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Pleasant voice and ability to communicate clearly via telephone.
· Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
· Comfortable using computers.
· Experience working with customer support.
Physical Requirements:
· This position will sit for extended periods of time.
· Requires manual dexterity and use of hands and fingers while using a computer for extended periods of time.
