We are hiring Warehouse Associates at our Phoenix, Arizona warehouse. In this role, you will scan, pick, and pack orders and work alongside a team that enjoys working together.

• Prepare and organize inventory for shipping
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Follow clear on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks
• Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely
• Receive, audit, and store incoming products
• Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals
• Help with other warehouse tasks as needed

What were looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shift
• At least 1 year of previous warehouse experience ideally in a similar environment
• Comfort working with productivity goals and daily targets
• Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded
• Ability to work a 4x10 schedule (including Sundays)
• Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time

Shift details

• 4 days x 10-hour day shifts
• Sundays are required.

Pay & incentives

• Starting pay of $20.25 USD per hour
• Eligible for quarterly bonuses through our Warehouse Incentive Program after 90 days

A note on pay
The starting pay for this role is $20.25 USD per hour.
After 90 days, you may be eligible for quarterly bonuses through our Warehouse Incentive Program.
