Monday–Thursday: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Friday: 6:30 AM – 12:30 PM (early Fridays!)

• Assemble components into finished products using hand, power, and air tools
• Read and follow project specifications to ensure accuracy and quality
• Focus on safety, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Confirm all assembly steps are completed and partner with your Team Lead on rework items
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work as part of a team-driven production line to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with basic math ability
• Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to attendance
• Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed
• High attention to detail and accuracy—quality matters here
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and stay on your feet throughout the shift
• Comfortable in a physically active role, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing
