Assistant Professor at Lamar University – Beaumont, Texas

Lamar University seeks a Assistant Professor to work in Beaumont, Texas to teach software-intensive MIS courses, both on-campus and online, across BBA, MBA, and MS in MIS programs. Teach courses including Business Intelligence, E-Commerce, Systems Analysis and Design, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity Management, and Python Programming. Develop course syllabi and adhere to the learning objectives outlined in course syllabi. Evaluate students' progress objectively and consistently to promote optimal learning. Adhere to the deadline schedule set by the Department. Modify, when necessary, instructional methodologies and strategies to meet the needs of students. Participate in departmental/university committees and in any other assigned professional activity.

Minimum Education Requirement: Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Management Information Systems.
