Position: Medical Assistant - Remote Patient Monitoring (Remote)

Job Summary:
Nsight Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to support our nurse supervisors. This role involves assisting with various tasks and answering phone calls throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist nurse supervisors with daily tasks and administrative support.

• Answer phone calls and provide excellent patient support.

• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Maintain Nsight Health’s culture of positivity and patient-centered care.

• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Active Medical Assistant (MA) license (Required).

• Passion for patient care, with empathy and compassion.

• Strong ability to educate patients effectively.

• Ability to work independently in a quiet, HIPAA-safe environment.

• Own computer with a reliable, high-speed internet connection (Speed test required during the interview).

• Moderate to advanced computer skills.

Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and interpret policies, procedures, and documents.

• Strong problem-solving skills with logical thinking and adaptability.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Remote position requiring a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

• Typical office-related physical demands (sitting, standing, looking at a screen, answering calls).
