Job Description
CAMP MANAGER
We're looking for a hands-on, personable and motivated Manager to develop our team and look after the property, ensuring our diverse range of guests have an incredible time whilst meeting and hopefully exceeding the businesses goals. The role would suit a Management couple where at least one of the couple's experience crosses over into restaurant oversight.
The ideal candidate has the following qualities:
High attention to detail
Plenty of experience in hospitality, in particular restaurants
Loves working in the outdoors
Is tech savvy
Finds pleasure in building teams
Has experience and enjoys maintaining properties
Key Responsibilities
As part of our leadership team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Running a Tight Ship
Oversee day-to-day operations, manage rosters and budgets, and ensure the property, facilities, and equipment are in top condition.Leading the Team
Build a positive workplace culture, onboard and mentor staff, conduct reviews, and help team members grow through regular feedback and training.Staying Guest-Ready
Maintain high standards across all departments — from the kitchen to housekeeping — and ensure the guest experience remains seamless and memorable.Prioritising Safety & Sustainability
Uphold safety standards, manage emergency protocols, and make operational decisions with sustainability front of mind.Driving Strategy & Engagement
Collaborate with the GM on monthly planning, lead weekly team meetings, and contribute to creative marketing initiatives like events and seasonal promotions.
