Assistant Restaurant Manager | Rosebery at Three Blue Ducks – Rosebery, New South Wales

Three Blue Ducks Rosebery is set in the heart of the city, serving honest, seasonal dishes made with ethically sourced ingredients. We’re a passionate, professional, and fun team, and we’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help us run our front-of-house operations smoothly and ensure every guest experience is memorable.

The Role:
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, support and lead our team, and ensure our high standards for service, culture, and hospitality are met. You’ll be hands-on, energetic, and ready to make things happen.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the restaurant

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the FOH team

• Ensure excellent guest experiences through attentive service and problem-solving

• Support rostering, team training, and performance management

• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to maintain smooth operations

• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards

About You:

• Experience in a hospitality management or supervisory role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• A genuine passion for hospitality and team culture

• Positive, energetic, and hands-on approach

• Problem-solver who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment
