What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for ensuring safety and comfort of residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and Silvercrest Bus Policies.
  • Assist residents on and off the bus - at the community and the destination.
  • Collaborate with activities staff to facilitate outings and provide residents an enjoyable experience outside the community.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid MN Drivers License with a clean driving record (CDL Endorsement required)
  • Mature individual who interacts well with senior population
