CST Specialty Team Supervisor - OR - South

JOB SUMMARY

The Operating Room Coordinator will be responsible for managing a surgical specialty by providing guidance, clinical expertise and mentoring to members of the health care team within the specialty while optimizing available resources to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

Graduate of an approved school of surgical technology with current certification

Minimum Work Experience

Two years Operating Room experience

Required Licenses/Certifications

Current CST Certification or current license.

Basic Cardiac Life Support

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Ability to direct others and negotiate for desired results

Demonstrates decision making and problem solving

Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Clinical competency in OR

Designated Driver
