About This Position

Essential Functions

Duties:

  1. Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and forecasted demand.
  2. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources needed for production.
  3. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excesses.
  4. Collaborate with production team to identify and resolve any scheduling conflicts or issues.
  5. Analyze production data and make recommendations for process improvements or efficiency enhancements.
  6. Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
  7. Active leadership in the contract review process to ensure on-time delivery and coordinates resolution of discrapancies with various departments
  8. Understand customer priorities and align with production to ensure company is meeting customer expectations
  9. Monitor customer forecasts, ensuring expected business trends are met
  10. Process and manage all order entries in SAP and manages backlog report
  11. Keep track of all received data and filing purposes
  12. Receipt and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders and incoming orders in customers’ EDI
  13. Monitor customer forecasts, ensuring expected business trends are met
  14. Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving on incoming orders and deliveries as requested by the customer
  15. Manage Post Goods Issue and Billing Document (invoicing) in SAP for outgoing orders in a timely manner
  16. Collaborate and communicate with departments to ensure finished goods are flowing to shipping area
  17. Collects all data necessary for invoice packages on outgoing orders
  18. Enter and provide delivery tracking on orders in SAP, in the customers’ EDI, and directly with the customer
  19. Responsible for Insert Management for customer owned parts
  20. Work with internal departments to assist in solving customer issues with orders
  21. Back up of the Sales Support and Customer Service Specialist when needed
  22. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines
  23. Performs other duties as assigned
