About This Position
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Chat Support Agent to join our growing remote support team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform, helping resolve inquiries, issues, and guiding them through products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within time limits
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Document all interactions clearly and concisely
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent written communication skills
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
