Our current portfolio includes 40 renewable energy assets with a capacity of 2,048 MW, 343 MW of efficient natural gas-fired power, 1,229 miles of electric transmission lines, and other sustainable assets.

We are currently recruiting Senior Investment Manager to work with and strengthen our Developments & Investments team based in either our Tempe, Arizona or Charlottesville, Virginia offices.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute financings for the construction and/or acquisition of energy projects.
• Analysis and execution of acquisitions in the US energy market.
• Support the Business Development team with asset valuations.
• Negotiate and execute Guarantee facilities (Letters of Credit and Surety Bonds) for our assets.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business and/or Finance.
• Excellent English language skills (written and speaking) - C1 level is a must.
• Spanish language skills (written and speaking) desirable.

Technical Qualifications

• Experience of 5 - 10 years working in an Energy Developer, Investment Bank, M&A Advisor, or an Independent Power Producer.
• Experience in non-recourse project finance.
• Experience in tax equity structuring.
• Knowledge of the US Energy market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (advanced Excel and PowerPoint are a must).
