Mobile Product Manager at CREXENDO, INC – Tempe, Arizona

Job Description: As a Product Owner for our mobile applications, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing the features and enhancements of our apps to ensure its success in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver a high-quality product that meets the needs of our users and aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build a vision and product strategy and attain cross functional and leadership alignment
• Own Mobile from a client communication perspective and announce releases, receive client feedback, conduct user interviews, and lead the conversation on Mobile
• Forge roadmaps, requirements, and collaborate on interface designs, setting attainable goals and measure team success
• Dive into app data, client feedback and competitive product trends to offer critical insights and execute on product improvements.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation to clearly communicate product requirements to the development team
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize product features and functionality
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and other Agile Project Management activities to ensure timely delivery of iterative versions
• Effectively communicate progress, outcomes, and recommendations to executives through clearly written reporting
• Collaborate with Technical Writers to ensure Release Notes, Version Showcases, and other written supporting material is comprehensive for clients to support their end users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or related experience
• Proven experience as a Product Manager/Owner or similar role in mobile application development
• Proven track record and deep understanding of Google Play and Apple App store requirements, compliance, and navigating app store approvals and remediating app rejections
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with mobile app analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
• Familiarity with design thinking principles and UX/UI best practices
• Passion for mobile technology and a drive to deliver exceptional user experiences
