Part-time Graphic Designer/ Marketing Assistant at Harwell & Cook Orthodontics – Amarillo, Texas

Our busy orthodontic office is wanting to hire a part-time graphics person. You can either work part-time doing graphics or work full-time by helping in another role. This is a unique opportunity to work in many facets of a small business and be a part of a growing company. Most important qualities for this position will be the ability to work with other people, including taking direction, as well as being interested in learning many tasks. We love making people smile, and would love a person who finds joy in “smiling out loud”.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including digital and print

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts

- Produce marketing materials such as banners, brochures, and advertisements

- Design and layout digital assets for websites and social media platforms

- Assist in video editing and production design projects

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques

Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects

- Effectively communicate to 3rd party website host for needed changes.

- Strong market awareness to create designs that resonate with the target audience

- Ability to work on print advertising materials effectively

- Knowledge of video editing techniques for multimedia projects
