Caregiver FLOATER Position (PCA, CNA, NA) at Love and Loyalty Home Care LLC – Kilmarnock, Virginia

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Floating Caregiver to provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in various locations. The ideal candidate will be flexible, reliable, and able to work in different settings, ensuring that each client receives the best care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care services, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.

- Assist clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety and comfort.

- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or behavior to the appropriate personnel.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

- Develop positive relationships with clients and their families, fostering a supportive and respectful atmosphere.

- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Travel to various locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility in schedule and responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving or related field preferred.

- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- First Aid and CPR certification. Must be Covid Vaccinated.

Work Environment

This position requires working in different client homes, healthcare facilities, and community settings. Flexibility in hours is essential, including availability for evenings and weekends.
