Aster Mental Health, a physician-founded and female-led private practice, is expanding and looking for Licensed Mental Health Clinicians to join our supportive, client-centered team. This hybrid role includes both telehealth and in-person sessions at our bright, modern Braintree, MA office.

Position Highlights

• Flexible hybrid model: Telehealth + in-person (minimum 2 office days/week)
• Client mix: Adult individuals and/or adolescents
• Compensation: Starting at $80,000+ based on license, experience, and specialization

We're Looking For

• Licensed in Massachusetts or eligible for licensure (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW)
• Experience providing individual, evidence-based therapy
• Skilled in diagnostic evaluations and treatment planning
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• Comfort with basic tech troubleshooting
