Compensation & Schedule:

$30 – $35 per hour | Hourly | Full-Time

Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 6:30a-3:30p

Option to work on Saturdays + OT Availability

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:Balers, shredders, and conveyors

Forklifts and skid steers

Troubleshoot and repair:Hydraulic, mechanical, and motor systems

Chains, belts, sensors, motors, and componentsWork independently to prioritize and complete work ordersUse KPA software to manage PMs, work orders, and safety documentationSupport and reinforce safety initiatives across the facilityHelp onboard and train new employees on safe work practicesCoordinate with vendors and contractors as neededManage shop supplies, parts, and inventory53’ semi-trailer experience is a plusAbility to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined. What We're Looking for:

5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsComfortable working independently with minimal oversightLeadership attitude—lead by example, not by titleWillingness to mentor and support less experienced techniciansWelding experience and hydraulic knowledge (or willingness to learn)Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CMMS systems)High school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s licenseSpanish/English bilingual is a plus, not requiredAbout Us:
