Project Manager in Precast Concrete Plant at Coastal Precast Systems, LLC – Cape Charles, Virginia

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Schedule pre-production meeting with Sales, Engineering, Quality Control, Production and management to ensure production plan is set.

2.Order required materials.

3. Conform sales estimates to meet actual project costs.

4. Review contracts.

5. Ensure schedules are being met.

6. Ensure product is QUALITY checked according to project specifications.

7.Communicate project details with customer.

8. Ensure product approval by customer.

9.Coordinate delivery.

10. Work with Accounts Receivable on payment from customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Have experience in the concrete industry. Salary depends on education and experience.

2. Ability to focus on details while managing the larger aspects of the project.

3. Manage time appropriately for deadlines.
