What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech therapy to pediatric clients
  
• Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and Music Therapists
  
• Engage with families to develop individualized care plans
  
• Contribute to a team that prioritizes outcomes, compassion, and fun
  

What You'll Need:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license in Virginia (or eligibility)
  
• Pediatric experience or strong interest in working with children
  
• Positive, team-first attitude and passion for making a difference
