LPN at South Central Medical and Resource Center – Washington, Oklahoma

Warrior Nation Wellness station (South Central Medical & Resource Center) is looking for an LPN at our Washington Clinic. LPN must be licensed and in good standing with the OK Nursing Board, be able to pass a background check, drug test (we are zero tolerance), and a federal debarment screening. Tasks include but are not limited to rooming patients, taking vitals, collecting the patient’s health history, assisting with procedures, liaising between provider and patient, and assisting the provider with patient care as requested by the provider. Candidate must be a strong multi-tasker, computer savvy, able to work in a busy environment, and friendly. Clinic hours are currently Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Fridays 8:00AM- 1:00 PM.
