We are currently looking to add a talented Baker to our team at Fitzbillies Bakery located at 31B Clifton Road in Cambridge. This is a full-time position where you'll have the opportunity to showcase your baking skills and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to creating delicious pastries, bread and cakes.

As a Baker at Fitzbillies Bakery, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and biscuits. You will follow recipes to create high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. Attention to detail and precision are key as you will be working with a variety of ingredients and techniques to produce consistently excellent baked goods.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, experienced in bread and viennoiserie and has a keen eye for detail. Previous experience working as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant setting is mandatory.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team is essential for success in this role.
