  • Review, validate, and authorize laboratory test results, ensuring medical accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide clinical interpretation and consultation to physicians regarding test results and diagnostic implications.
  • Collaborate with lab technologists and technicians to resolve complex or abnormal findings.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with laboratory quality control and quality assurance programs.
  • Participate in method validation, instrument calibration, and internal/external audits.
  • Support training and continuous professional development for lab staff.
  • Stay updated with the latest advances in laboratory medicine, diagnostics, and medical regulations.
  • Contribute to medical reports, case discussions, and research when required.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with specialization in Laboratory Medicine, Pathology, or related field.
  • Valid medical practice license.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or diagnostic center.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory testing, instrumentation, and quality management systems.
  • Proficiency in English and medical documentation.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
