LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR

DEPARTMENT: Logistics

JOB TYPE: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (day shift)

LOCATION: Johns Creek, GA

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead our Logistics Department in our Johns Creek office. In this critical role, you'll oversee daily shipping and delivery operations, manage team performance, coordinate inventory management, and drive process improvements to ensure seamless logistics operations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the logistics team
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve departmental goals
• Oversee all training needs and onboarding for Logistics Department employees
• Review and approve timekeeping, attendance, and PTO requests
• Provide coaching and corrective accountability when necessary

• Ensure all daily orders are processed, prepared, and shipped on schedule
• Manage the daily volume of monitor and accessory shipments to patients
• Conduct bi-weekly inventory reviews and coordinate supply ordering
• Partner with Operations Manager on inventory control and supply management

• Identify and implement process improvement solutions for logistical workflows
• Report operational issues, successes, and team updates to management
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare required reports and correspondence
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

• Proven experience as a logistics supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop team members
• Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Acute attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with transportation management and regulations
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations
• Budget and resource management experience

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Frequent computer and keyboard use
• Manual dexterity for equipment operation
• Ability to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, and crawl as needed
• Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying of items up to 50 pounds
• Clear verbal communication and active listening abilities
