Retail Compliance Assistant - Hybrid at Retail Merchandising Services – Brooklyn Park, Minnesota

Retail Merchandising Services (RMS) is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Compliance Assistant. Responsibilities

• Work with employees when needed, to extend projects and modify work schedules
• Conduct weekly audits and provide follow up to all reps who have violated company policies
• Run reports that are shared cross departmentally and ensure accuracy of all reporting
• Work closely with third-party partners, pulling weekly reports and managing the report upload process
• Provide support to a team of Compliance Coordinators and Operations Manager which may include the implementation of new compliance policies
• Answer high volume phone calls and emails in a clear and professional manner

• Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a high school diploma, some post-secondary education preferred
• 1+ years’ previous office, or customer service experience
• Previous experience working in retail preferred
• Intermediate/advanced user of Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong customer service mentality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be extremely detail oriented, possess outstanding follow-through, and be able to drive results utilizing proactive and effective communication

Schedule

We are looking for someone to work Monday-Friday, 9-5:30pm. This is a hybrid position after your first 90 days, hybrid schedule will be discussed further in the interview process.
