Role 1: Certificate III Trainee (Full-Time)

Rate: Experience dependant

This role is perfect for someone beginning their journey in early childhood education. You will be supported by our experienced team as you study and grow in your role, learning how to build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Willingness to enrol in a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care course through TAFE.

• Passion for working with children and eagerness to learn.

• Values of connection, creativity, curiosity, and collaboration.

• 18 years old and ove

Role 2: Qualified Educator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Rate: Above award, based on experience

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Educator who brings warmth, professionalism, and a passion for early childhood education. You will play an important role in creating meaningful learning opportunities, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting children’s growth and wellbeing.

Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (completed).

• Demonstrated experience in an early childhood setting.

• Strong commitment to reflective practice, teamwork, and child-led learning.

• Warm, regulated, responsive, and professional approach to children, families, and colleagues.
