About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Platform team at Nclusion. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for turning data into actionable insights for our partner teams. You'll help build and evolve the business intelligence foundation that enables Nclusion to better understand and empower underserved communities by translating complex data into clear answers about what tools and services our customers need to thrive. You'll be analyzing data, maintaining and improving dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, data-driven answers. As a key member of our growing data team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how teams across the company leverage data to work more efficiently and effectively, bringing your expertise to influence our data strategy and best practices.

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Platform team at Nclusion. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for turning data into actionable insights for our partner teams. As a key member of our growing data team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how teams across the company leverage data to work more efficiently and effectively, bringing your expertise to influence our data strategy and best practices.
What You’ll Do
- Write clean and efficient SQL queries to extract and analyze data from our transaction platform and general data systems
- Partner closely with Finance and Operations teams to understand their business needs and build dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making
- Handle ad-hoc data requests with speed and accuracy, balancing urgency with quality
- Document your work and contribute to best practices for data analysis across the team
- Leverage your expertise in NClusion's data landscape to mentor junior team members and drive data literacy across the organization
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypothesis and influence feature prioritization.
What You Bring to the Table
- 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and subqueries.
- Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated with a bias toward action and continuous learning
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Eagerness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders
