· Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm

· Develop strong product knowledge through provided training

· Build rapport and follow up with customers before, during, and after the sale

· Meet and exceed dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction standards

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of driving history with a clean driving record (no major violations, suspensions, or DUIs)
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
• Must be at least 18 years of age
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
